We are living in nature, nature is changeable and every part of Earth's surface is changeable. Keeping pace with these changes of territorial perceptions, not only has national economy undergone Internal and External adjustments, but social attitude also have undergone a fundamental change.
During the first decade of this century, streets was laid o the evolution of modern society, dependent for its viability upon the foundation in turn of a civil society. Both these classification assumed the existence of professional guilds. these guilds developed after the 13th century in Europe and India too. they established the basic ground rules for the operation of self regulating organizations. In Nepal also more emphasis is being provided to make professionals through professional studies. we are attempting to cover the expected needs to build a modern society.
