PCMS College understands the profound importance of teachers' role in providing quality education and has taken utmost care in hiring its faculty. PCMS faculty, which consists of about 20 members, has been our most important assets. We have a right mix of professionals comprised of practicing managers having long experiences in their relative fields and academicians graduated and their trained from abroad as well as from domestic universities with rich experiences.

PCMS  conducts specialized research and consulting activities that help much enrich the academic activities of the college. Some of the major projects that PCMS executed are:

     Small Business Research of Consumer Behavior Analysis & Retail Outlet 

          Analysis of CUG and its Products.

     Event management of HCL (Hindustan Computer Limited) Branded

          Computer products for brand establishment and market promotion in

          Chitwan.

     Event management of "YAMAHA MINI-MELA". Especially with

          respect to Yamaha Bikes.

     Conducted One-Horned Rhino Conservation Awareness Program.

     Marketing Consultancy of GMT product of chitwan.

DAWN Magazine published by BBA students.

     Third volume is on its way to release by this JULY-AUGUST session.

PCMS Scholarship: The prestigious PCMS scholarships help materialize the academic dreams of bright and seserving students. They include 50%, 40% and 30% waiver of tution fee at the time of admission considering their academic history and entrance test performance.

     PCMS Merit Scholarship: These scholarships are offered to at least 3 students on a merit basis every semester right from the first semester. Selection is based on performance in the semester final exms. So far 9 students are awarded PCMS Merit Scholarship.

At PCMS Industrial visits are regularly organized to broaden classroom understanding through exposures to real life business processes and environment. We have developed extensive linkages with the major industrial houses in the country and within the zone for the industrial tours.                                                                                  

Project-work provides an opportunity to expand learning beyond the classroom and fosters team sprit, leadership and communication skills in the students.

Holistic Living Programs

Mental and physical well being is essential to holistic development of personality. Standing on this philosophy, PCMS regularly holds programs on holistic living. During the program students learn the golden techniques of Stress Management, Meditation and THE ART OF BLISSFUL LIVING.

Further Studies & Credit Transfer Opportunities

The courses offered at PCMS meet the admission requirements of any good College/University anywhere in the world. Students aspiring for higher study in any other Country/University can easily transfer the credits they have earned at PCMS College. Many of our students, after completing or towards the end of the program have been granted admission to reputed Universities and Colleges abroad.
